We are able to offer a Support Worker opening in Wadhurst.

What the job entails:

As a Support Worker, you need to show patience and be positive when communicating with residents. Your activities will be varied on a day-to-day basis, but will all contribute to ensuring a good quality of life for those under your care.

What do we expect from the ideal Support Worker?

• The ability to adapt to different work shifts.
• Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.

We require the following:

• Have a minimum of two professional references (verified with the organisation).
• Be able to plan and manage your own workload in a time-efficient manner.

You will be paid:£10.42-£19.90

*Every successful applicant is required to undertake a DBS check (enhanced level).

*Please note: Ensure you have experience of at least 6 months in the last 2 years (or 2 years in the last 5) in a hospital, nursing or residential care home.
