As a Health Care Assistant (Nights), you need to show patience and be positive when communicating with residents. Your activities will be varied on a day-to-day basis, but will all contribute to ensuring a good quality of life for those under your care.

A great Health Care Assistant (Nights) would possess:

• Outstanding verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexability and adapatability to work varied shifts.

What’s required:

• Have a minimum of two professional references (verified with the organisation).
• Have the ability to manage workload assignments effectively.
• You must have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
• Establish and maintain great working relationships.
• Devotion to providing high-quality care.

Rates of pay:£10.42-£18.00

*Successful candidates are required to apply for an enhanced DBS check.

*Applicants need to possess experience of at least 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years, working in a nursing or residential care home or hospital.
