In WA9 St. Helens, we are excited to be looking for a Healthcare Assistant.

About the position:

In your role as a Healthcare Assistant you're expected to carry out a duty of care to the residents of the home you are working at. The activities can range from providing physical support for residents to providing emotional support to them and their families.

To be an ideal Healthcare Assistant candidate, you need the following:

• Love for the work they do.
• A caring and compassionate attitude.
• Minimum of 6 months (in the last 2 years) working experience in Nursing or Residential Care.

The position requires the following:

• Be happy to work in different care home settings (job descriptions may vary).
• Must provide a checkable work history of at least five years.
• Undergone up-to-date training in all mandatory fields.

Position wage:£21.63-£43.26

*Please note, all applicants must undertake a DBS check (enhanced level) if successful.

*We do require that all of our applicants have at least 6 months of experience in the past 2 years or 2 years in the past 5, working in a hospital, nursing or residential care home.
