In Wetherby, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Carer.

What does the role entail

As a Senior Carer, you'll be responsible for both the physical and social care of residents, helping them with activities to promote an independent and dignified life.

Being an excellent Senior Carer means having:

• The ability to show a patient and sympthatic attitude.
• Excellent communication skills to both staff and those under your care at all times.

The position requires the following:

• You need to be able to prepare and manage workload assignments effectively.
• Have experience establishing effective working relationships.
• Undergone up-to-date training.
• Be devoted to providing high quality care.

Pay rate:£10.42-£19

*Everyone who is successful must apply for an Enhanced DBS check.

* We do require that all of our sign-ups have at least 6 months of experience in the last two years in a hospital, nursing or residential care home. 2 years in the last 5 years is also accepted.
