In Romford, we are now looking for a Senior Care Worker.

Duties in this role:

Your responsibility as a Senior Care Worker will be to provide an excellent standard of care to our clients whilst making sure they are comfortable and their needs are met.

We would expect a Senior Care Worker to possess:

• Either six months experience in the last two years, or two years experience in the last five - in Nursing or Residential Homes.
• Enjoyment from the challenges that arise from working in care.
• Adjustability to work different shift schedules.
• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills, even in potentially stressful situations.
• A patient, caring, and understanding disposition.

We require from you:

• Undergone up-to-date training.
• Be able to show a checkable work history of at least five years.
• Establish and maintain great working relationships.
• Have the right to live and work in the UK.

Pay rate:£10.42-£20.74
