In your role as a Flexi-hours Carer you're expected to carry out a duty of care to the residents in the home you are working at. Your tasks will be varied and set by the home.

We would expect a Flexi-hours Carer to possess:

• Outstanding communication skills.
• Adaptability to different work shifts.

The position requires the following:

• Be able to produce two professional references that are verified with the organisation.
• Have dedication to providing high-quality care.
• Be able to show you possess the right to live and work in the UK.
• Effective management of your own workload.

Flexi-hours Carer payment:£10.42-£20.00

*Every successful applicant is required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.

*Please note: Ensure you have experience of at least 6 months in the last 2 years (or 2 years in the last 5) in a hospital, nursing or residential care home.
