We are looking for a Senior HCA in the CH41 area.

The role of a Senior HCA includes:

As a Senior HCA, you'll be responsible for caring in various settings and situations. You will be expected to complete day-to-day tasks set by the home.

To be an ideal Senior HCA candidate, you need the following:

• Outstanding communication skills.
• Flexibility to different work shifts.
• On-the-job experience in a Nursing Home or Residential Care Home. We require a minimum of 6 months' experience in the past 2 years, or 2 years' experience in the last 5 years.
• A caring and patient attitude towards others.

What will be required of you:

• Be able to produce two professional references that are verified with the organisation.
• Be dedicated to providing top-quality care.
• Possess a checkable work history of at least five years.

Pay:£10.42-£18.00

*Please note, all applicants must undertake a DBS check (enhanced level) if successful.

*We do require that all our bank staff have recent experience in a nursing or residential care home or a hospital setting. We require 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5.
