Currently, there’s a Senior HCA opening in Leeds.

As a Senior HCA, your duties will include:

As a Senior HCA, your responsibility will be to provide hands-on care and emotional support to both those in need of care and their loved ones.

Being an excellent Senior HCA means having:

• A gain of satisfaction from the work they do, as well as the care given.
• A caring and sympathetic attitude.
• Undertaken a minimum of 6 months experience in a professional Nursing or Care role within the last 2 years. Alternatively, have 2 years experience in the last 5.
• Adaptability to different work shifts.
• The ability to always display excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

• Have the ability to manage workload assignments effectively.
• Recently taken training in all the relevant areas.
• You require the right to live and work in the UK.
• At least two professional references that are verified with the organisation.

Hourly rate of pay£10.42-£20.00

*Every successful applicant is required to undertake a DBS check (enhanced level).

* We do require that all of our sign-ups have at least 6 months of experience in the last two years in a hospital, nursing or residential care home. 2 years in the last 5 years is also accepted.
