There is a new Senior Support Worker opportunity in BD21 Keighley.

What the job entails:

You'll need to show patience and a positive outlook when you are communicating with residents as a Senior Support Worker. Your activities will vary day-to-day, but they will all contribute to ensuring a good quality of life for those under your care.

A great Senior Support Worker would possess:

• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills, even in potentially stressful situations.
• Flexability and adapatability to work varied shifts.
• A minimum of 6 months expeirence in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 within a Nursing or Residential Home.

What’s required:

• Know how to plan and manage your own workload assignments.
• You should have partaken in recent, up-to-date training.
• Be happy to attend a number of different care homes.

Senior Support Worker payment:£10.42-£18.00

*Successful candidates are required to apply for an enhanced DBS check.

*We do require that all our bank staff have recent experience in a nursing or residential care home or a hospital setting. We require 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5.
