In L38 , we are now looking for a Senior HCA (Flexible hours).

Senior HCA (Flexible hours) are expected to carry out the following:

As a Senior HCA (Flexible hours), your main focus will be to help those under your care, ensuring they can live a quality lifestyle.

What do we expect from the ideal Senior HCA (Flexible hours)?

• Flexibility to work varied shifts.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, even under pressured situations.
• Six months of working experience in Nursing or Residential Care in the past two-years, or two years experience in the last five.

The position’s requirements are:

• Provide a verifiable work history of at least five years.
• Be devoted to providing high quality care.

Rates of pay:£10.42-£20

*We require all successful candidates to undergo an Enhanced DBS check if successful.

*We do require that all of our applicants have at least 6 months of experience in the past 2 years or 2 years in the past 5, working in a hospital, nursing or residential care home.
