What does the role entail

As a HCA Flexi Hours, you'll be making a difference in others' lives, assisting in all forms of day-to-day activities and tasks.

We would expect a HCA Flexi Hours to possess:

• Excellent communication skills - verbal, non-verbal and written.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts.

The position’s requirements are as follows:

• You need to be able to prepare and manage workload assignments effectively.
• Always be committed to providing high quality care.
• Provide at least two professional references that are verified with the organisation.

You will be paid:£10.42-£19

*Everyone who is successful must undergo an enhanced DBS check.

*We do require that all our bank staff have recent experience in a nursing or residential care home or a hospital setting. We require 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5.
