Job requirements:

As a Day Support Worker, you need to show patience and be positive when communicating with residents. Your activities will be varied on a day-to-day basis, but will all contribute to ensuring a good quality of life for those under your care.

We would expect a Day Support Worker to possess:

• Flexibility to have a varied shift schedule.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, even under pressured situations.

The position’s requirements are:

• You should have experience managing your own workload effectively.
• You have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
• Commitment to providing high quality care.
• You need to provide at least two professional references that are verifiable with the organisation.

Position wage:£10.42-£19

**Note: All applicants are required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check unless already registered with the DBS Update Service.

* We do require that all of our sign-ups have at least 6 months of experience in the last two years in a hospital, nursing or residential care home. 2 years in the last 5 years is also accepted.
