Role requirements:

As a Carer (Flexi-hours), you'll be responsible for both the physical and social care of residents, helping them with activities to promote an independent and dignified life.

A good Carer (Flexi-hours) candidates would need to have:

Adaptability to different shift patterns.
Outstanding verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.

Have experience establishing effective working relationships.
Understand how to prepare and manage your workload.

*Every successful applicant is required to apply for a DBS check (enhanced level).

*We do require that all our bank staff have recent experience in a nursing or residential care home or a hospital setting. We require 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5.
