Information about the role:

In your role as a Flexible hours HCA you're expected to carry out a duty of care to the residents in the home you are working at. Your tasks will be varied and set by the home.

The ideal Flexible hours HCA possesses:

• Flexibility to different work shifts.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, even under pressured situations.

What will be required of you:

• Be able to show us that you have the right to live and work in the UK.
• Plan and manage own workload effectively
• Have a dedication to providing superb care.
• Be good at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.

Rates of pay:£10.42-£20.00

*Please Note: All successful applicants will need to have a valid enhanced DBS check.

*We do require that all of our applicants have at least 6 months of experience in the past 2 years or 2 years in the past 5, working in a hospital, nursing or residential care home.
