In TN5 Wadhurst, we are now looking for a Care Assistant (days).

The role of a Care Assistant (days) includes:

As a Care Assistant (days), your main focus will be to help those under your care, ensuring they can live a quality lifestyle.

The ideal Care Assistant (days) possesses:

• Excellent communication skills - verbal, non-verbal and written.
• Flexibility to have a varied shift schedule.

• You need to provide at least two professional references that are verifiable with the organisation.
• You need to be able to live and work in the UK.
• Be able to prepare and manage your own workload effectively.
• Be good at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.

Hourly rate of pay£10.42-£19

*Every successful applicant is required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

*Note: At least 6 months of experience in the past 2 years (or 2 years in the last 5) is required in a hospital, residential care home or nursing home, in order to apply.
