As a Health Care Assistant - Days, you need to show patience and be positive when communicating with residents. Your activities will be varied on a day-to-day basis, but will all contribute to ensuring a good quality of life for those under your care.

It is expected that the ideal Health Care Assistant - Days has:

• Flexible with shifts and adaptable to changing working patterns.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, even under pressured situations.

We require from you:

• Know how to prepare and manage your own workload assignments effectively.
• Have a minimum of two professional references (verified with the organisation).

Payment:£10.42-£18.00

*Due to the nature of the role, suitable experience is required. The following is accepted: 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years working in a hospital setting, a nursing home or a residential care home.
