Currently, we are looking for a Care Assistant (Full Time) in Grimsby.

What does the role entail

As a Care Assistant (Full Time), your responsibility will be to perform high-quality support for people in need of care. The job involves helping with their immediate needs and assisting them with their daily tasks.

We would expect a Care Assistant (Full Time) to possess:

• The ability to adapt to different shift schedules.
• Excellent communication skills to both staff and those under your care at all times.

We require the following from all candidates:

• Be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Effective management of your own workload.
• Be devoted to providing high quality care.
• Be willing to provide two professional references (verified with the organisation).
• You must have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
