We are able to offer a Senior Care Assistant opening in WF9 Pontefract.

Information about the role:

As a Senior Care Assistant, it will be your responsibility to help residents in all aspects of daily life. These will include helping to carry out domestic duties, administrative work, social activities, etc.

A good Senior Care Assistant candidates would need to have:

• Either six months experience in the last two years, or two years experience in the last five - in Nursing or Residential Homes.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Enjoyment from the work they do.

Position requirements include:

• Be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the UK.
• Be able to prepare and manage your own workload effectively.
• Consistently be able to adapt and perform various duties in different care homes.
• Have a minimum of 5 years worth of checkable work history.

Pay rate:£10.42-£18.00

*Please note, all applicants must undertake a DBS check (enhanced level) if successful.

*Note: At least 6 months of experience in the past 2 years (or 2 years in the last 5) is required in a hospital, residential care home or nursing home, in order to apply.
