In your role as a Senior Full Time Health Care Assistant you're expected to carry out a duty of care to the residents of the home you are working at. The activities can range from providing physical support for residents to providing emotional support to them and their families.

What makes a great Senior Full Time Health Care Assistant:

• A gain of satisfaction from the work they do, as well as the care given.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum of 6 months Nursing or Residential Care working experience in the last 2 years. Alternatively, two years of experience in the last five is also desirable.

What’s required:

• Be devoted to providing superb care.
• Be comfortable carrying out different assignments in various care homes.
• Provide at least two professional references that are verified with the organisation.
• Be able to show a checkable work history of at least five years.
• You should have partaken in recent, up-to-date training.
• Have the right to live and work in the UK.

Rates of pay:£10.42-£20.00
