In Scarborough, there is an opening for a Flexible hours Support Worker.

About the position:

As a Flexible hours Support Worker, you need to show patience and be positive when communicating with residents. Your activities will be varied on a day-to-day basis, but will all contribute to ensuring a good quality of life for those under your care.

What we want to see in a Flexible hours Support Worker:

• Excellent communication skills to both staff and those under your care at all times.
• Adaptability to different work shifts.

What we need from our candidates:

• Be efficient in managing your own workload.
• Be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the UK.
• Be good at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
• You need to provide at least two professional references that are verifiable with the organisation.

We will offer:

• An experienced team who work around your availability and look after your needs.

You will be paid:£10.42-£18.00
