What the job entails:

Your responsibility as a Night time Health Care Assistant will be to care for residents, assist with social activities, and to improve their day-to-day lives.

It is expected that the ideal Night time Health Care Assistant has:

Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills, even in potentially stressful situations.
Adaptability to different work shifts.

*Everyone who is successful must undergo an enhanced DBS check.

*Applicants need to possess experience of at least 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years, working in a nursing or residential care home or hospital.
