Currently, we have an opening for a Full Time Support Worker in Grimsby.

Job requirements:

As a Full Time Support Worker, you need to show patience and be positive when communicating with residents. Your activities will be varied on a day-to-day basis, but will all contribute to ensuring a good quality of life for those under your care.

To be an ideal Full Time Support Worker candidate, you need the following:

• Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexability and adapatability to work varied shifts.

The position’s requirements are:

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Pay rate:£10.42-£20

*Every successful applicant is required to apply for a DBS check (enhanced level).

*We do require that all our bank staff have recent experience in a nursing or residential care home or a hospital setting. We require 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5.
