Currently in HG2 Harrogate, there is a new opening for a Senior Support Worker.

Role description:

As a Senior Support Worker, you need to show patience and be positive when communicating with residents. Your activities will be varied on a day-to-day basis, but will all contribute to ensuring a good quality of life for those under your care.

It is expected that the ideal Senior Support Worker has:

• A caring and compassionate attitude towards others.
• A gain of satisfaction from the work they do, as well as the care given.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts.
• Minimum six months experience in the past two years, or two years experience in the last five, working in Nursing or Residential Care.

You will be paid:£10.42-£18.00

*Every successful applicant is required to apply for a DBS check (enhanced level).

*Note: At least 6 months of experience in the past 2 years (or 2 years in the last 5) is required in a hospital, residential care home or nursing home, in order to apply.
