Currently, we are looking for a Senior HCA (Nights) in DN16 .

Role description:

Your responsibility as a Senior HCA (Nights) will be to care for residents, assist with social activities, and to improve their day-to-day lives.

We would expect a Senior HCA (Nights) to possess:

• A minimum of six months of experience in the past two years (or two in the past five), working in Nursing or Residential Homes.
• A patient and understanding attitude.
• Fantastic communication skills (verbal, non-verbal and written).
• Commitment for what they do.
• Adjustability to work different shift schedules.

The position’s requirements are:

• Possess up-to-date training in all the necessary fields.
• You need to provide at least two professional references that are verifiable with the organisation.
• Be devoted to providing high quality care.

Rates of pay:£10.42-£20.74

*Everyone applying must apply for a DBS check (enhanced level) if successful.

*Due to the nature of the role, suitable experience is required. The following is accepted: 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years working in a hospital setting, a nursing home or a residential care home.
