Role description:

Working as a Flexi-hours HCA, your job will be to help people lead a better day-to-day life by assisting them in activities and socialising with others.

A good Flexi-hours HCA candidates would need to have:

• A lifestyle that allows for flexible working hours.
• Outstanding verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.

We require from you:

• You should have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
• Have at least two professional references (verified with the organisation).
• Be prepared to manage your workload assignments effectively.

*Please Note: A valid, enhanced DBS check is required for all successful applicants.

*Applicants need to possess experience of at least 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years, working in a nursing or residential care home or hospital.
