We've got an opening for a Care Worker near GU22 Woking.

Job specification:

As a Care Worker, you need to show patience and be positive when communicating with residents. Your activities will be varied on a day-to-day basis, but will all contribute to ensuring a good quality of life for those under your care.

What we want to see in a Care Worker:

• Flexibility to have a varied shift schedule.
• Outstanding verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements you must meet are:

• You need to be able to prepare and manage workload assignments effectively.
• You need to provide at least two professional references that are verifiable with the organisation.
• Commitment to providing high quality care.
• You possess the right to live and work in the United Kingdom.

Hourly rate of pay£10.42-£20.00

*Please note, all applicants must undertake a DBS check (enhanced level) if successful.

*Applicants need to possess experience of at least 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years, working in a nursing or residential care home or hospital.
