Role Description:

As a Flexible hours Care Worker, it will be your responsibility to help residents in all aspects of daily life. These will include helping to carry out domestic duties, administrative work, social activities, etc.

An ideal Flexible hours Care Worker candidate has:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Be able to incorporate varied working hours into their lifestyle.

The position requires the following:

• Effectively establish working relationships.
• Commitment to providing high quality care.
• You need to provide at least two professional references that are verifiable with the organisation.
• Have the right to live and work in the UK.

*Successful candidates are required to apply for an enhanced DBS check.

*Due to the nature of the role, suitable experience is required. The following is accepted: 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years working in a hospital setting, a nursing home or a residential care home.
