Role description:

You'll need to show patience and a positive outlook when you are communicating with residents as a Flexi-hours Health Care Assistant. Your activities will vary day-to-day, but they will all contribute to ensuring a good quality of life for those under your care.

Any Flexi-hours Health Care Assistant should have:

• Ability to work varied shift patterns.
• Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.

We require the following from all candidates:

• You must have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
• Provide at least two professional references that are verified with the organisation.
• Always be committed to providing high quality care.

Flexi-hours Health Care Assistant payment:£10.42-£19.90

*Successful candidates are required to apply for an enhanced DBS check.

* We do require that all of our sign-ups have at least 6 months of experience in the last two years in a hospital, nursing or residential care home. 2 years in the last 5 years is also accepted.
