In Barnsley, we have an exciting opportunity for a Care Assistant (nights).

Your duties:

In your role as a Care Assistant (nights) you're expected to carry out a duty of care to the residents of the home you are working at. The activities can range from providing physical support for residents to providing emotional support to them and their families.

Any Care Assistant (nights) should have:

• Six months of working experience in Nursing or Residential Care in the past two-years, or two years experience in the last five.
• A sympathetic and caring attitude.
• Passion for what they do.

The position’s requirements are as follows:

• Undergo a work history check going back at least five years.
• Undergone up-to-date training.
• Be able to carry out assignments in different care homes.

Hourly rate of pay£22.70-£45.42

*Any successful applicants will require an enhanced DBS check.

* We do require that all of our sign-ups have at least 6 months of experience in the last two years in a hospital, nursing or residential care home. 2 years in the last 5 years is also accepted.
