We've got an opening for a Care Worker (Flexi-hours) near RG27 Hook.

About the role:

As a Care Worker (Flexi-hours), it will be your responsibility to help residents in all aspects of daily life. These will include helping to carry out domestic duties, administrative work, social activities, etc.

To be an ideal Care Worker (Flexi-hours) candidate, you need the following:

• The ability to adapt to different shift schedules.
• Outstanding verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.

The position requires the following:

• Manage and plan your own workload effectively.
• Have the right to live and work in the UK.
• Be good at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
• At least two professional references that are verified with the organisation.

Wage:£10.42-£19

*We do require that all our bank staff have recent experience in a nursing or residential care home or a hospital setting. We require 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5.
