Position description:

Working as a Health Care Assistant (days), your job will be to help people lead a better day-to-day life by assisting them in activities and socialising with others.

It is expected that the ideal Health Care Assistant (days) has:

• Excellent communication skills - verbal, non-verbal and written.
• Flexability and adapatability to work varied shifts.

Requirements to meet are:

• Be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Manage and plan your own workload effectively.
• Commitment to providing high quality care.
• Be willing to provide two professional references (verified with the organisation).
• You should own the right to live and work in the UK.
