Job specification:

As a Senior Support Worker, your responsibility will be to help residents in all aspects of daily life. These will include helping to carry out domestic duties, administrative work, social activities, etc.

What makes a great Senior Support Worker:

• Undertaken a minimum of 6 months experience in a professional Nursing or Care role within the last 2 years. Alternatively, have 2 years experience in the last 5.
• Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
• Have a caring and compassionate character.
