Medilink Nursing will provide a high quality, professional, personal and practical service of care. This will be tailored to the needs of the individual client's living in their own homes, to assist and promote independence.
Firstly, a Medilink Nursing care advisor will visit you at home to discuss your individual needs and explain how our service can work for you.
We welcome other family members or trusted friends at this meeting to ensure nothing gets missed and all your questions get asked and answered to your satisfaction.
Once you have decided to choose Medilink Nursing as your care partner, we will work with you to design an individual care package around your care needs.
Visits may be as little as thirty minutes, up to several visits each day. Because no two customers have the same needs, we tailor our recommended package to your precise requirements.
Once you have agreed to the care package, you will be assigned a member of the Medilink Nursing care team, who will be your point of contact. They will answer any question's and action any changes to your care, should you need additional services at a later date.
They will introduce you to one of our fully trained and supervised carers, briefing them on your specific needs and making sure you are completely satisfied at all times with the care you are receiving.
Each carer is hand picked for their passion and commitment. Their police records are checked and they are fully trained in all aspects of the role, including your individual care needs and safety, plus all the pre-arranged tasks you will have identified in your personal care package.
